GENERAL ENGINEER 

 

Experience in Engineering is necessary.

Job Role Includes:

Drilling, tapping, spot welding and various basic engineering skills: Using hand and fixed power tools such as drills, tapping machines, saws and able to manufacture components to drawings and work instruction

Basic milling skills would be a benefit but not essential

Inspecting: Using precision measuring instruments to inspect parts for accuracy and fit 

Reading and interpreting: Reading and interpreting technical drawings

 Collaborating: Working with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget 

Complying with regulations and company procedures: Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

Welder/Fabricator

Job Role Includes:

To work in a busy sub contract environment

Must have full understanding of engineering drawings be able to work on own initiative un-supervised and as part of a team

The right candidate must be fully conversant with mig welding and be able to work with medium to heavy fabrications (tig welding experience would be an advantage but not essential)

Hours:

Monday to Thursday – 7:30am – 4:30pm

Friday 7:30am – 12:30pm

Overtime is available – Tuesday – Thursday till 6.00pm and Saturday 7:30am – 11:30am

Candidate will be required to do a weld test on the day of interview

Rates negotiable depending on experience

CAD Designer/Technician

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CAD Designer/Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create accurate technical drawings and designs for a variety of projects, ensuring high-quality standards and precision.

Job Role Includes:

Develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings, schematics, and models using CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, or other related tools).

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and designers to ensure the designs meet specifications and project requirements.

Modify and update existing CAD drawings based on changes in project requirements, client feedback, or design improvements.

Review and verify technical drawings for accuracy, dimensions, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Prepare design layouts, product assemblies, and parts drawings.

Assist in the creation of prototypes and assist in testing and validation of designs.

Maintain organized design files and documentation for easy retrieval and future reference.

Ensure timely completion of design tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality.

Troubleshoot and resolve design issues in collaboration with the engineering team.

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and CAD software updates.
